The Electrical Association of Philadelphia (EAP) Residential Heating & Air Conditioning Rebate Program is a seasonal, market-driven initiative that encourages the installation of high-efficiency residential HVAC systems while delivering immediate savings to homeowners. 

 

The program is built on collaboration between contractors, manufacturers, and distributors, providing a structured, transparent rebate framework that supports sales, streamlines administration, and drives adoption  of energy-efficient equipment across the Greater Philadelphia region.

How the Program Works 

Rebates are provided as instant, point-of-sale discounts applied directly to the customer’s invoice. The rebate is jointly funded by participating contractors and manufacturers or distributors, with EAP administering program guidelines, eligibility, and claim processing to ensure consistency and accountability.

  • Supports complete, high-efficiency system installations

  • Allows eligible rebates to be stacked with PECO rebates, where applicable
