Pennsylvania One Call System is a non-profit Pennsylvania corporation created to protect the underground facilities before anyone begins to disturb the earth. Pennsylvania One Call notifies member underground facility owners of the intent to excavate.
Included in EAP membership, members in good standing can access this service at no additional cost to their business. To take advantage of this benefit, members must submit their unpaid invoice within six months of receipt to maintain active service. Sorry, we are not able to refund paid invoices.
