Tools & Taps - Cancellation & Refund Policy
Our Tools & Taps events are planned based on advance registrations, which help us secure venues, catering, and program materials.
- How to Cancel: Cancellations must be submitted in writing to electric@eap.org.
- Full Refund: Cancellations received 7 or more business days prior to the event will receive a full refund.
- No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 business days prior to the event are nonrefundable.
- Substitutions: If you cannot attend, another individual from the same company may attend in your place at no additional cost.
We appreciate your understanding, as last-minute cancellations impact event costs and participation levels.
